Intimate Winter Oklahoma Wedding // Ethan & Kelsey

You know those couples that you meet and know they will last a life time? Their love story pulls at your heart strings and makes you believe you’ll find your person one day? This is them. Ethan & Kelsey SO evidently showed the lords love to me and everyone at their wedding! Their closest friends and family came to celebrate them. I could go on and on about how they are the best, but I’ll move on to their awesome wedding day! This January wedding was held at Greenleaf Barn in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma! The venue is an absolute dream, with rustic clean white walls, and twinkle lights outside. It kicked off my 2019 wedding season as an Oklahoma Wedding Photographer! Kelsey’s grandfather was the officiant and it was sweet seeing the connection they had, he was overjoyed to see his granddaughter say “I do”. Some words that would describe this wedding would be classic, relaxed and just plain LOVE. These two love each other so well! Each and every vendor was amazing! Andolinis Pizza truck was catered, and everyone lined up outside for pizza while the DJ started his music! The weather was perfect (a little chilly), for a January Oklahoma wedding! They were sent off with a sparkler exit and drove away in Ethan’s truck. This day was my favorite and was such a joy to start off this year’s Oklahoma wedding season.

Rustic Chic Oklahoma Wedding // Abby & Cooper

Let me start off by saying this wedding was an absolute DREAM. A couple months back I blogged about their engagement and now I get to blog about their sweetest wedding day! There are certain weddings I just know will be one of my favorites for the rest of my career, this was one of those weddings! My dream one day is to travel to weddings and elopements across the world, but Oklahoma weddings will always be near and dear to my heart. October weddings are some of my very favorite to capture! The weather was great also (such a plus). Their style was rustic with a bit of chic also. Everything flowed together so well and was just F U N. This day was full of tons of laughs, tears and ice cream! The bridal party was so sweet to Abby the entire day, and it was so neat witnessing all of their friendships on such a special day! These two got married at the most beautiful new wedding venue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma at The Reserve at Emerald Falls! The flowers were done by her now mother-in-law Mindy and they were BEAUTIFUL! I love all the pops of red! The had a intimate first look alone, and it put all of Abby’s nerves to rest! (Have I ever mentioned first looks are my FAVORITE!) Such a sweet moment between your soon to be groom (or bride). If you’re getting married and thinking about doing a first look, i’d definitely suggest it! The night ended with a sparkler send off and leaving in a vintage car. Below are some of my most favorite images from the night! Congrats Abby & Cooper! So much love for my bride and grooms! XOXO

Fall Inspired Styled Shoot

Is anyone else as ready for fall as I am?! Basic girl here… I’m already lighting all the fall candles! Lol. I got the AWESOME opportunity to work with some of my awesome friends and throw together a bridal/small wedding styled shoot and it did not disappoint. We did it at Tried & True located in Tulsa, Oklahoma and used some of their awesome rentals! Big shout out to local Tulsa vendors! My sweet friend Lauren did the amazing florals, and our awesome model Alaska KILLED IT! I also found the amazing Annie May Write Calligraphy, she is so amazing at what she does! Lauren did a bridal bouquet and arrangement, and the colors are seriously speaking my love language. The dress is from Forever 21 (crazy right?!) and fit our bohemian theme perfectly! I am so stinking excited to share these photos with you that have inspired me so much for the 2019 wedding season. Feel free to share with other creatives!

Hawaii couples session // Emeline & Sean

In early August I had the seriously GREATEST PLEASURE of shooting this adventurous couple and their stinking cute love story. This session was shot at the Edge of the World in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. The waves were TALL that day (due to a small hurricane heading our way, thank God it passed). They she asked if I cared if they both wore jean jackets my answer was “what the heck yes?!?!” Total Britney Spears and JT vibes ;-) I met these cuties through Instagram, and immediately knew they were the perfect fit for what I wanted to capture! The landscapes of Hawaii are obviously super beautiful, but these two made that scenery even better. They were full of spunk, silliness and tons of love. And it made my job super easy. Sean helped Emeline around the rocks, and only almost dropped her once. It was a DREAM! Haha! They are a part of YWAM (, and are missionaries in Hawaii! How awesome is that?! I loved hearing their testimony and getting a peak into their hearts and their evident love of Jesus and the things he’s doing across the world. Seriously, could my job get any better? I love nothing more than meeting couples from thousands of miles away and immediately connecting with them. THANK YOU to Sean & Emeline for letting a small Tulsa, Oklahoma photographer snap some photos and make some crazy memories. I will never get over this session, and I don’t think you will either! Now taking applications to travel across the world and meet more rad couples like this. Discount included XOXO

Adventurous one year anniversary session// Trista & John

THIS ANNIVERSARY SESSION WAS THE BEES KNEES! Because what better way to spend 365 days of marriage than with stinking pizza and champagne?! My kind of people. This lifestyle couples session was in Coweta, Oklahoma. We jumped on a RTV and made our way to a beachy area & the river! It was definitely a fun time! Sometimes it's hard to remember that Oklahoma is so GORGEOUS! These two (along with me), had such a fun time and laughed the way through the session! Definitely one of my favorites to date!
